Work.

Celebrations are my passion. From intimate VIP dinners and celebrations, to "party of the year" bar/bat mitzvahs, weddings and everything in between. I'll pull together all of the details and run the show so you can sit back and truly enjoy time with your guests. Understated or extravagant, traditional or unconventional, it's your celebration and should reflect your style and personality. Gleaning your needs and helping you execute your vision is my goal. If you need some focus, inspiration or a suggestion or two, I can help you discover what's important to you so nothing gets left out.

My career in hospitality began way back in high school, working at my favorite neighborhood pizza place. I moved to the Bay Area and obtained a degree in the sciences, but the pull of taking care of people with great food and service continued to tug at my heart. After working at and running some of the Bay Area's best restaurants, I turned to catering and events in 2012. I love the variety of venues, clients and styles I get to work with and feel so lucky my clients trust me to carry out their vision. Creating a personalized, unique and memorable experience for your guests is my specialty. Handling all of your personal details and decor and taking the stress off of you, my client, is 100% what I'm here for.

Contact Me

WEDDING PLANNING - My most popular and sought after service. Coordination packages start a month or several months out so I can pull all of your details together and make a seamless experience for you, your guests and your vendors. I'll meet you at your venue of choice, create a floorplan, flesh out all of the details, compile a timeline for the flow of your day, help with transportation if needed and conduct your rehearsal. On your big day, I'll place your personal touches and decor around the venue, manage your wedding party and ceremony, your vendors and the timeline to make sure everyone is ready for toasts, cake cutting, first dances and any performances you may have planned. I'll then gather all of your personal items at the end of the night so you can speed off in your chariot!

Need a last minute coordinator? I've been known to pull all the details together in just a couple of weeks!

PARTY PLANNING - With so many reasons to celebrate: bar/bat mitzvahs, anniversaries, birthdays, memorials, fundraisers, celebrating a new home or business, an art opening, or just wanting to have some friends over, I can help! I'll arrange rentals, staffing, drink design, layout and manage your day so you can relax and truly play "host/hostess." Similar to wedding planning, but without the jitters!

VENDOR REFERRALS - I'm lucky to work with a great array of event vendors - DJ's, Bands, Florists, Caterers, Photographers, Lighting Designers - I'm happy to help connect you.

BARTENDING - Some call it "mixology," but to me, it's just about making great drinks! I can help design a custom drink list, suggest quantities, brands, ways to purchase and create a stylish set-up customized to your liking. Already know what you want? Great! I will work with you to execute your vision and if I'm not running your event, will jump behind the bar and shake and stir all night. I have been known to do both...

FINE DINING SERVICE - I'm seriously just a waiter at heart, loving to take care of people with food, drink and top notch service. I'm available to come to your home, rental, event space or office and create a beautiful table for you and your family and friends to sit down and be styled out with wine service, specialty cocktails and have even been known to sing happy birthday (hopefully with your help!).

STAFFING - Having a party and need waiters, bartenders, servers and chefs? My years in the industry have helped me compile a list of experienced hospitality professionals. Let me know what you are looking for! If you aren't sure, let's chat about your celebration so I can pair you with the right people.

RECIPES AND COOKING - I love using my hands, and making delicious food is just one of the ways I can give and be creative at the same time. I'm available for small parties and dinners. My specialties include California Barbeque, Japanese and Mexican. Need an assistant to help with the heavy lifting, I'm your gal!
